Distinguished previous owners of the cottages
include historical novelist Margaret Campbell-
Barnes, who wrote 'Mary of Carisbrooke' whilst
there.
Island artist Ronald Power lived in Brook Cottage
for many years and used Mrs. Tiggywinkles as his
studio. One of his original watercolours hangs in
Brook Cottage.
